As a user who wants control over how receipts are matched to CSV transactions I want configure the matching algorithm's date tolerance, amount margin and day/month swap behaviour in `config.yaml` so that the matcher's strictness fits my banking situation (e.g. some banks post transactions 1-3 days late).
