US-3.4implemented Match when no candidates are found (widen amount range)
As a user whose receipt total is 49.99 EUR but the bank CSV shows 50.00 EUR (rounded differently by the bank) I want widen the amount tolerance (e.g. to 0.02) and retry so that the slightly different amount is still matched.

Matching Flow

The matching algorithm tries to find a CSV transaction for each receipt. Retry outcomes loop back for another attempt; terminal outcomes end the flow.
