As a user who set the date and amount margins too wide and got 20+ candidate transactions I want be prompted to reduce the date margin, amount margin, or check my receipt data so that the candidate set is small enough to manually review.

Matching Flow

The matching algorithm tries to find a CSV transaction for each receipt. Retry outcomes loop back for another attempt; terminal outcomes end the flow.
