US-1b.1implemented Define hierarchical spending categories
As a user setting up my bookkeeping for the first time I want define a tree of spending categories in `categories.yaml` (e.g. `groceries: { ekoplaza: {}, supermarket: {} }`) so that every transaction can be classified into a meaningful category that maps to an hledger account path like `Expenses:Groceries:Ekoplaza`.
